Blog Comment Backlinks
Blog comments can be a great way of getting some free traffic to your website. Most blog comments sections require you to enter your Name, Email and Website address aswell as whatever comment you want to leave, and i’ve found that if you have your name as ‘yourdomain.com’ people tend to notice you a bit more.
Posting comments on highly page ranked blogs such as blog.statcounter.com can be a great way of increasing your google pagerank and also getting your website name seen by as many people as possible.
Most bloggers won’t mind you putting your name as ‘yourdomain.com’ as long as you actually post a worth while comment. I for one don’t mind it on my blog, but if someone then goes and writes a comment like ‘Check My Site Out’, i’d just delete it without a thought.
So, how do you find blogs to post comments on? I’d suggest you head over to technorati.com and search them out from there.
